The Agentic OS - Memory, Runtime & Evolution
An operating system for AI agents. Memory files live in your own repository - the agent reads them when it wakes and writes what it learned when it sleeps, so git history becomes the memory lineage. Three memory systems: markdown brain files, a key-value store, and semantic brain search - plus cold storage and a runtime, all over MCP, so any agent on any stack can use it. Stop using Vant and the memory is still there, readable with cat.

Fleet repo factory: stamp, doctor, lock
Monoforge is the factory that stamps fleet repos from proven blocks, doctors them for truth, and locks them verifiably. One zero-dependency CLI, three verbs: new (stamp), doctor (truth battery), lock (archive + checksum). One law holds it together: generated green is never shipped, because a shipped placeholder is a shipped lie.

In-process adversarial QA for agent-built software. A seeded attack suite runs against your real handlers through a fake transport, producing a hardening ledger your CI fails on regressions. No network, no bans, no invoice. We break it so they cannot.

Eyes for production agents. Deterministic capture (look), pixel-level change comparison (diff), and a committed visual memory (.eyes/) that CI can gate - the crashtest ledger pattern aimed at appearance instead of attackability.

Post-build HTML auditor for any generator
Poststruct audits what shipped. A zero-dependency CLI that walks a directory of baked HTML, any generator output, and verifies it against a head/site contract: SEO hygiene, link integrity, i18n, accessibility-lite, feeds. FAIL findings exit non-zero, so CI gates the regression.

The controller layer of the struct family. One manifest of members, one render surface per deployment shape, one doctor verb that verifies every adopter serves the same truth. The crosslink mesh - the apps menu, the README tables, the status registry - stops being hand-typed N times and becomes governed data with teeth. Zero dependencies.

Build-time SEO prerendering for Vite + React apps on Cloudflare Pages. One command validates your config, bakes per-route HTML, Schema.org, OG, and an aggregated sitemap, re-renders only what changed, and handles 301 redirects and CDN caching. Optional render islands, a bot-render proxy, and build-time CMS routes. This site runs on it.

Full paper trading simulation before a single live order. 359 tests. Use at your own risk.

Full web presence for Vibe Flow Festival, a three-day flow arts, fire, and music gathering at Kinzua Heritage Grounds on June 19-21, 2026. We designed and built the site and run the back-end business operations behind it: email infrastructure and operational tooling. Ticketing runs through Eventbrite.
